Citizen Hotel

I have been visiting Citizen Hotel for the last 25 years, on and off. Whenever we, my wife and my self are in Mumbai, we always stay at Citizen Hotel only! It is clean, has great views, good breakfast.

More variety of fruit at breakfast would be most welcome!

Renovated room, Location and food!!

Staff can be more friendly, a simple welcoming smile makes a difference! Music in the restaurant is a bit to loud which makes it difficult to have a good conversation while enjoying their great food!!

It was my second time in this hotel and I had very good memories from my last time many many years ago.Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed this time aroy. The hotel hasn't changed at all and it could do with some modernization. I had a beautiful memory from the terrace by the sea but unfortunately they have made it into a kind of night club style terrace with blasting music impossible to have a conversation. It was so bad that we had to go inside the restaurant to be able to communicate. This is a shame because that's the only attraction in the hotel. We had a flight to catch late at night and we had to spend some time at the reception while waiting for the time. The staff at reception made us feel uncomfortable and even did not allow my daughter to use the restroom to get changed.
