The location was right in the center of Oia where things happen. Short walk from the post office where your taxi drops you off, cobbled stones everywhere ( note for luggages). Marcos and his wife are adorable and very helpful. Messages are answered very promptly. Their free breakfast is very good! Also take their offered transfers (airport/port) it’s very reasonable and Isidor the driver is very helpful and courteous.
They turned off their hot water at night, so if you check out early in the morning or come back late at night you’ll have cold showers. Shower curtains to keep bathroom floors dry would be nice.

Don’t need to worry about walking or coming back to hotel for just relax 30 mins for more & start again

- BEST location ever for this price. It doesn't get any better and simplier to be so near to the hot spots of Oia.
- The good sir on charge of the apartments, former greek navy recruit.
- Nice views of the aegean sea from the rooftop
- Breakfast included a lovely piece of chocolate cake
- Rooms are pretty simple, bathroom a little small (all of this fair for the price).
- If its windy some things make noise in the rooftop rooms, sounds like if you were sleeping in a tent.
- Some details here and there - just keep in mind the fair price you are paying for the perfect location.

This hotel is operated by a couple. They are both very kind and welcoming. They're also very casual and chill. They were going to be out the next morning, so they even told me that I could check out later if I wanted to. As other people had commented already, the madame provided free breakfast. She also let me dry some of my clothes on the terrace upstairs. You can see a sunset view from the terrace too. I still went to the castle, but I would have gone to the terrace if the castle had been crowded. It was nice to have a backup plan.
The blanket was dusty and I got up feeling a tiny bit off. I didn't want to ask for a new blanket in fear of getting a dirtier one because the towels were dirty too. I'm pretty sure they were washed, but there was still some hair stuck on the towels, and one of them also had a bug stuck on it. There were some stains on them too as well as on the bed sheet. There were also many flies, live ones and a couple dead ones next to the shampoo, and two huge spiders in the bathroom. The toilet had a brown stain on the outside.
