Gîte du Prilet

Es war abseits. Hat mir gefallen.

An old-style, wooden Gite, surrounded by nature and located at the very end of St-Luc, at a cul-de-sac. Reaching it from the village bus stop required some walking through the lovely village, but for me it was well-located so as to reach the funicular going up the mountain to begin my trek. The staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was ok (not a strong aspect of Swiss hotels in general...), and I also had dinner which was good. I loved the isolation, the constant sound of the nearby stream, the amazing view out the small window. I would recommend it as a budget stay before or after a trek.

Nothing - no complaints!
