Schlosswirt Etting

Alles OK

Vicinanza a Ingolstadt

-Communication difficulties because they don't speak English -The air conditioning was missing. He wasn't really present -We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and in the room there was a double bed and a cot. -We had a very disappointing experience. Delayed by an accident and set to arrive at 10:15 PM, the property showed no flexibility, insisting the check-in deadline was 10:00 PM despite Booking.com stating 11:00 PM. It took Booking customer service to intervene and get them to wait for us. The most frustrating part? When we arrived at 10:15 PM, the owner was simply playing cards with friends. A complete lack of empathy and customer care, especially since we had even informed them we were traveling with our 4-year-old twin daughters.
