PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa

It is my second time in prideInn Flammingo, second consecutive year. I went alone in 2025 and love it and decided to go back in 2026 with my husband. It was lovely again expect for one aspect

I forgot a coat in my room, communicated the hotel in the same day. Unfortunately, I was already travelling back home. Did not hear back from the hotel on the matter

The Allinclusive bit ie food drinks snacks etc plus the waitresses mostly the small brown girl she's really very hardworking plus good customer care

I missed 1 day not coming because I missed my flight but the room was not left free it was given to someone so I would expect some small refund to use it on the day I extended since the room I booked was given out on that day I missed but nothing like a top up but instead I pay a full night that's not fair If the room was reserved and not given out that would be understandable...

Variety was good. Enough fruits. Broth soup in the morning was extra special for me as I dont take tea or coffee in the morning.

I did not like that at the end of the stay, there was an issue about refund of funds paid for a guest who came to visit me at the hotel and we had to pay extra. The solution was that I should spend it. I had no time to spend it. It almost ruined an otherwise perfect time at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. Spa was nice (albeit a bit expensive). Enjoyed the water aerobics and other pool based activities. My daughter loved the pool.

I booked via booking.com, for what I thought was 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) to stay in one room. Getting to the hotel, I was advised that the booking was for 1 person!! and that I needed to cough up an extra $360 - wow! making the very expensive hotel stay even more expensive. Facilities were dated and the food???? just terrible. My daughter hardly ate the whole time! The 'all inclusive' was somewhat inclusive as things like ice cream and some drinks (very limited drinks menu) were off the table. The gym at the property was under construction, so could not be used. Entertainment was hit and miss.
