We got an upgrade to a suite which was very nice and clean . very spacious, the bathroom is like a ballroom, clean towels and room . Staff is very nice and helpful. huge hotel in the heart of Santo Domingo
bed makes a lot of noise when you move around.Decoration and furniture is a bit stale which is a pity because it is really a nice hotel in the middle of the city. With a bit of refurbishment and a fresh touch up this place would be perfect.

Me and my friend was book on separate floors.
keycard restriction prevented us from accessing each other floors. To bring our friends to visit require 50$ USA dollars.
Extra cost to bring friends up
My bathroom shower was not full clean
