A very warm welcome from Denise and cup of cocoa tea. Really friendly staff who speak excellent English and are happy to help with anything. Great location in quiet pedestrian side street. Very safe. Hot water, good shower and bathroom, very comfy bed and cosy blankets. Breads and jam, fresh fruit, boiled egg, cheese and ham and cereal for breakfast

In reading the reviews i feel like I must have stayed at a different place. This hostal is overrated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location is a huge draw, but pickup/drop off was a challenge with drivers.
Fresh cut fruit for breakfast was nice.
Shower was hot and had good water pressure, but you really have to be quick as it can easily get to scalding. If you turn on the cold, then you have a high pressure ice shower.
Mold on bathroom ceiling, looked like it had been painted over at least once. The hostal has a funk to it as all the bathrooms vent into the interior. The same bologna set out every day for breakfast; i wonder how old it was.
