The customer care was incredible. Specifically a call-out to Sam at check-in, but all around the service was incredible. Even housekeeping was awesome, they folded everything, organised it and even left glass cleaning cloths for me.
Some of the fittings were quite old, and the glass countertop in my bathroom was chipped. The shower could do with a refitting (rainshower perhaps?) but the stay overall was wonderful and communal spaces were terrific.

BF was great and so were the service staff
Location was excellent
rooms were stale
bath room ceiling was low. it would have been better without the bathtub
walk ways were dark and dim
