Nice big room which gave us plenty of space to stay with our dog. Convenient to shops, beach and dog parks. Short drive to wineries.
Busy road outside which was quiet enough during night. Good sound deadening in the room and earplugs helped.
Some extra hooks or an airing rack to hang damp clothing needed.

Operated within walking distance of where I worked at the time (I'm now working in Cranbourne North), so whenever your car needs a serious maintenance job, and you work in Carrum Downs, this place is perfect for you.
Can't think of anything major.
