This is a Super central hotel - with a spectacular breakfast room - of a funky industrial style - with floor to ceiling warehouse windows and amazing plants - having stayed here before this is without doubt my fave part of the hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast decent ( though breads were basic) and our bed was super comfortable and huge! Our terrace was great with outdoor bed. We had a superior room with terrace which was spotlessly clean.
The main stairwell just reverberates noise particularly voices - this is an easy fix as just tell your staff to be quiet after 11 and pre 8. Our room needed a full length mirror and a kettle with teas (not cava)??? Our fridge and coffee machine tray was on floor and looked stupid not to mention unusable and lacking placement in terms of design (see picture) - not what you would expect to be honest.

Great location. Lots of great choice at breakfast. Room was wonderful and spacious and interesting. Staff was really warm and friendly. Would love to go back.
The cost was a bit silly. We were there during the eclipse and room price was almost triple the usual price. I reserved the room more than a year before our stay, but did not pay. When it was time to pay, I was shocked at the price.

- Great location
- Accommodation was not as described or illustrated in the website images
- poor decoration and repairs, shower flooded bathroom floor, no hot water on one morning, no warm welcome, little or no soundproofing, very poor customer service

"Świetna i pomocna obsługa. Pokój mały ale wystarczający. Czysto i sympatycznie. Dużo miejsca przy śniadaniu w restauracji. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Wszędzie blisko."
