100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Staff are wonderful at this hotel. All staff from the concierge and cleaners to the restaurant staff treated my family and I like VIP’s
You need to plan a little to see the sights. There is a free shuttle bus to the local shopping centre but the city is not walking distance (over an hour)

Everything was good

From the minute we pulled up, we received the most exceptional welcome and that carried throughout our trip. All the little extra touches were so appreciated. We were greeted by Vince the concierge who went to the trouble of learning and remembering our children’s names and he even sent a little welcome package to their room. It is such a fun and family friendly hotel!
The location is a little further away from Universal but for us that was perfect for us so we could be a bit away from the hustle and bustle.

The location, staff and rooms are all at a high standard. Excellent facilities and the call button whatever whenever was an added bonus. The pool and drink up bar were outstanding.
This hotel is perfect. No issues at all.
