The gentlemen at Reception were very courteous and helpful.
15 minute idling of vehicle at 6am. Inconsiderate guests!!!

Location was good.
The lights were far too bright, making it difficult to create a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the room was very cold and took an extremely long time to warm up. There was also nowhere comfortable to sit and relax.
