Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa by IHG

The hotel was quite luxurious and good value for money. We love open buffet bar breakfast which had a huge variety. The spa Facilities and thermal baths were wonderful. Staff was very kind and professional. The location was also great as it was close to the train station/metro.

There was no fan in the bathroom, which was a bit odd, and the window of the room couldn’t be opened much so it was a bit stuffy as we required fresh air and didn’t want to turn on the fan/air conditioning.

The spa facilities and location

We liked everything here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied to please almost everyone. The hotel is near a metro station (5mn slow walk) which helps get near the biggest attractions in the city. There is also a nice food court just in front of the hotel. I am sure you will like it.

Good service and clean room.

We stayed in Room 815, which is in a quiet dead-corner of the hotel we weren't happy . While there was no view, the room was clean. However, our stay had a few drawbacks: Noise: On our first night, we couldn't sleep because neighboring guests kept slamming their doors loudly throughout the night. Housekeeping Issues: On the second day, housekeeping cleaned the room, but they removed one of our two shower towels and didn't replace it. They also hid the bed pillows under the TV cabinet for some reason and forgot to restock the coffee amenities (leaving only one coffee bag and two creamer packets). Parking: The parking lot was completely full early in the morning, as the hotel doesn't seem to have enough space for extra vehicles. Overall, the staff and initial hospitality were good but attention to detail in housekeeping and noise management could definitely be improved.
