The room, staff, location, and facilities were all very high quality. I was very impressed. The pool area was also great.
Breakfast had good potential, but it was lacking. Those terrible plastic sausages and the tasteless chewy bacon really lets it down. No hash browns is also a disappointment.
For a 5 star hotel, i feel they need to level up in these areas.

The breakfast buffet was more than adequate for me. Probably 30 different choices. My room was very clean and the in room facilities were a nice touch. The only thing that was problematic was the hotel is located to the south of the town. And it’s a little quiet in the evening. I would happily stay at this hotel again. Thanks.

big room.. Value for money
some of the staff were rude to my friends which I don't know why. the toilet's sliding room door is heavy.. need some maintenance work here
