We stayed on our return trip. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely large room.
This room had been renovated and was a bit more update from the previus room.
The Android TV was a tiny bit better, There was no dish washing liquid available.

We were misled by booking.com. A search for pet friendly accommodation in Horsham produced a list of several proprties including Glenlea. Upon arrival we were told that this was incorrect. Manager told me that this was not an uncommon problem and he supported my need for a refund. Please amend your website to accurately show only those premises that are truly pet friendly when searching for pet friendly accommodation. Please issue me with a refund. The Glynlea manager supports my need for a refund.
