Spatious appartment, with a large bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms. The communication with the host was through the mail service of Booking.com, the host was helpful.
The distance from the city centre is also OK: only 5 stops with the tram.
The night rest highly depends on your neighbours: we had almost no sleep the first night, as the neighbours upstairs there having a party. Shouting, outside door slamming, knocking if somebody wanted to come in. Next night was OK, as these neighbours left.
One more minus is the shower: was difficult to control the shower itself and the water was sipping on all the bathroom ground.
