We were travelling to attend a sensitive family event and were met by reception staff with genuine kindness and complete professionalism. I cant thank the team enough, especially Lauren, she is an absolute diamond. The location is perfect, the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. Iron, extra towels, toiletries, tins of water and milk in the fridge, coffee pods etc. Brilliant wi-fi too. We didn't have a view so to speak but I knew that when booking it so was not at all disturbed by this. What I really liked was that we were not disturbed at all by other people within the apartment block - really impressed with that. Surrounded by great bars and places to eat.

There was nothing I can suggest that was not to like. We were delighted with everything and even showed my 2 sisters around so they can book there too the next time we are all in Glasgow.

Very spacious Comfortable bed Everything we needed was supplied

Smell of food in the bedroom/living room was a bit overpowering in the morning But not your fault

Location is great

Spacious living area.

Noisy at night Flickering light in hallway of property, shining a light all night into both bedrooms. Staff rude about addressing this issue when we raised it. Reviews of the property indicate this was already a problem for weeks Lift not working and we had to carry luggage to the fourth floor. O compensation considered.
