Room 127 the Bathroom needs lots of attention,like the toilet seat would not stay up,very anoyning for male and female. And bathroom sink tap would spray you with water needs new spinkler on end of the tap I felt we were put in the over flow room although the Hotel was empty

The older apartment is in a hotel right across the street from the beach. It has a well equipped kitchen is spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

We had a couple of cockroaches in the apartment but you are in the tropics

The good news was that the food was tasty for both dinner and breakfast, with a wide selection of options, and the restaurant staff was attentive and friendly.

We had rooms facing the pool with half board. The bad news is that this is not in any way a 4-star hotel. The rooms are tight and basic; the facilities are not well kept, with chairs broken on the patios, a non-functional elevator, chipped and worn paint everywhere, and although it was generally clean, it felt like it was a 3-star hotel at best. You get only 2 small packets of body wash in the bathrooms. The pool was clean but basic with no bar service options and no view. The location is good, with very nice views from the restaurant. It was not a bad stay, just not a 4-star experience. I have stayed at 2 and 3-star hotels that are better.
