Amazing staff and amazing location and amazing room! Overall so good! Everyone was so sweet and so helpful with tips of what to do and where to go!
Everything was amazing!

The location was excellent. Literally a short walk into the township to lovely restaurants and bars. The room quintessentially early settler style. Clean and comfortable.
Nothing. Everything was great. A full length mirror would have been handy but not essential.

great location able to walk anywhere in arrowtown. lovely cottage with real old world charm and all the amenities you could need. Best part of the stay were the staff couldn't do enough for you and very pleasant and helpful to deal with, the young girl looking after the place while owners away was the best person we had come across. would certainly recommend to any one who wants to get away from the maddening crowd for a few days.

The atmosphere was cute and suited the environment of Arrowtown.
No information provided on check-in. Main lounge heater was not working which meant the room was freezing. We were unable to contact anyone to fix this until the second day of our stay. Very poor WiFi connection. Hot water was really inconsistent and meant extremely short showers. They need to update their appliances in the room.
