Spacious room with everything you need. Great location. Very safe.

Perfect location with direct access to canal walk mall..Very secured and at peace whenever we need to go out till 9 pm. View from penthouse on table mountain and west coast was beyond description. All facilities more or less as per description appt. Staff welcoming and collaborative.
Cleaning was well below standard. We reached friday night and it is only after 4 nights that dustbins were removed. Cleaning is a mere change of towels and toilet paper; no bath gel etc provided.

It's modern and very clean. Staff was very friendly
There were no coasters to avoid putting drinks directly on the furniture. No iron and the TV is not smart.
