Location, breakfast and reception staff only were excellent

The most annoying experience during my visit was the rooftop manager as he tells different prices to different customers. Managers should lead by example and values. If managers treat customers with honesty and professionalism that would automatically provide a good image on the rest of the staff. If not, unfortunately, the customer will be hesitant to come back.

Lovely staff, good service, sweet cleaning ladies, fine placement, nice interior, lovely breakfast.

Rooftop party friday and saturday, prepare yourself for loud music. Cleaning could be more detailed - especially floors in the room. In summer-season there are no duvets. Most sunbeds are in the shadow during the day, but you can go to the beach.

Exceptional staff, beautiful hotel, and an outstanding restaurant serving refined Turkish cuisine. We loved the warm hospitality and are already considering returning.

Street noise could occasionally be noticeable from our room.

The hotel has a stylish interior, a very nice pool area and good food in the restaurants. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The floor in our room was dirty and covered with sand when we checked in. Although the hotel is new, there were already some build-quality issues, such as the coating on the shower floor coming off. We reserved a table at the rooftop restaurant, but it had been overbooked and we waited almost an hour to be seated. A bottle of wine that cost around twice as much as the one we ordered was also added to our bill, which we only noticed after paying. We requested a premium airport transfer, but received an old Volkswagen Transporter with uncomfortable DIY-style seats. The website also advertises a gym with images, but reception told us that the gym has not been built and the pictures are only renders, which felt misleading.
