A Luxurious Stay with Stunning Views, Great Food, and Excellent Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Santhiya and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Although we booked a Garden View Villa, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could also enjoy beautiful beach views from the same villa. The combination of lush greenery, breathtaking scenery, and luxurious surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. The Villa and Property The property is beautifully maintained, luxurious, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Our villa was spacious and comfortable, and one of its highlights was the balcony, which featured a large bathtub that could comfortably accommodate two people—a lovely touch that made the stay even more special. The resort also offers direct beach access, allowing guests to enjoy the beach and its peaceful surroundings with ease. Swimming Pools and Views One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the two swimming pools, particularly the infinity pool. Both offer incredible views, making them ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The combination of the pools, beach views, and tropical atmosphere makes the resort truly memorable. Food and Breakfast Food was another highlight of our stay. While the regular menu had limited vegetarian options, the chef was accommodating and willing to customise dishes to suit our preferences, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included in our package and offered a generous spread of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, with plenty of variety to start the day. Another advantage is the availability of good local restaurants nearby. We found that dining at these restaurants could cost approximately half as much as eating at the resort, making them a great alternative for guests who want to explore local cuisine while keeping their dining expenses in check. Boat timings were mentioned 3 PM but we were picked up only at 4. The resort can also mention which exit gate their staff would be waiting for us as we spent 45 minutes searching for the staff who came to pick us up from airport

Clean beach and beautiful

The views were absolutely breathtaking! Great rooms, staff were amazing and very accommodating of us with a baby. The food at the restaurants (while expensive) was much better than some reviews had mentioned so we were pleasantly surprised. The jetboat transfers were fantastic - everything went to time and all transfers were connected appropriately

Our pool villa was fantastic, the view was out of this world and really made up for the poor quality food and poor service from staff.

Check in was completely unacceptable. We were arriving from Krabi and the hotel informed us we would need to use the public boat. We finally arranged (after lots of hassle) for the hotel to arrange a taxi to collect us from the pier around 30 mins away. After a comfortable journey we were dropped off at what can only be described as a security hut in the hotel car park. We were sat here for over 20 minutes in the heat with 3 other couples, and a security guard. No reception/ welcome staff. No refreshments. We were honestly blown away with how unbelievably awful this first impression of the hotel was. Eventually we were loaded into a wooden truck with the other couples and driven into the resort and taken to a packed check in room. It felt busy and chaotic. After being there for around 15 minutes, we then had to watch a power point presentation with the rest of the people checking in- it genuinely felt like we were on a school trip - not checking into a 5 star hotel. Thankfully, The room was fantastic but it needs work done, the decking had holes in and the fence had screws that had come away from the wood. Would be dangerous for children. Multiple staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They have a WhatsApp account but do not reply to messages. The food quality is poor, and meals are very expensive. The hotel could be so fantastic, but lots of work needs to be done on the quality of the food, and the service levels provided by staff.
