I would like to give special recognition to Rubab, the Guest Relations Manager, for her incredible problem-solving skills and outstanding hospitality. I have travelled to almost 28 countries and stayed with many of the world’s biggest hotel brands, and I can genuinely say that Rubab stands out. She went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my room keys and continued assisting me even after her duty hours. Her professionalism, dedication, warm personality, and willingness to help are truly exceptional. Hashoo Group is very lucky to have someone like Rubab on its team. She is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the property and a wonderful representative of the brand. Thank you, Rubab, for making my stay smoother and for showing such genuine care for your guests. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized!

Its security & staff were all very professional in there attitude & behaviour. Room service was very good.

Besides the reception staff , everyone seemed to be of the 50 age plus bracket which again reflects as if its still stuck in some sort of mindset. Its old furniture & decor really holds it back but with the recently started renovation work occuring , best to wait & see on this front. The size , its history & current male dominated atmosphere it attracts needs revamping to give it a more family , women only travelling & child friendly setting alongside maintaining contemporary aspects of its cultural heritage when entering both the site after security gates & on entering its hallway into the reception area.
