The location and the very friendly professional staff. The hotel was clean and our room was cleaned everyday with clean towels. Food and drink was good. Staff went out of their way to help and make your holiday a success.

The pool attached to our room was too cold for us to enjoy the pool of which we were looking forward to have booked. Very noisy with people above and to the sides of the room.

Wonderful and very welcoming staff (particularly Captain Aaron), nice location and setting, and a good breakfast. Lovely even when it rained all day during one of the days.

The accommodation staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Jenny, Captain Aaron and Stamatia were especially helpful and so very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was vast with fresh omelettes also available and the best coffee served. Maid service available for the rooms whenever needed. Room service was great too. 5 star service made our stay amazing! Rooms were very comfortable with amazing hot shower.

Private pool was pretty cold but still used it. Would have been great if it was heated during Oct.

We travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all around the world, but Petra Nera was truly one of our best hotel experiences. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Our room was always spotless and clean, and we absolutely loved the beautiful view from our balcony. We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely little welcome gesture from the reception on a day when the weather wasn’t great. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel cared for. The breakfast was excellent - everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully prepared. It was clear that a lot of attention was paid to quality. A special thank you to the Jenny - Front Manager, who was always so kind, helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed. We would also like to mention Captain Aaron, who was always available and happy to help, whether with our luggage or with the daily transfer from reception to our room. Some of the rooms are located higher up the hill, but honestly, the view is absolutely worth the climb! What really stood out to us was not just the beautiful location and hotel itself, but the genuine hospitality and warmth of the entire team. We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful for everything. Thank you so much for making our time in Skiathos so special. We truly hope to see you again one day!
