The service was exceptional, the staff was all extremely nice and really looked out after us and my parents. The pictures do not do the hotel justice, it’s extremely beautiful and peaceful. It’s a tucked away oasis in very accessible part of town and close to the airport. The pool was extremely refreshing.

Staff- even they are new and not properly trained, they were looking to make our stay the best as possible
Facilities look old and not clean at all. Pool is really in bad conditions and dirty, even we had a bat inside the pool, excrement from birds or animals, very disappointed with pool conditions.
