Instructions from getting from car parking to Reception were poor. We used Google maps which sent us a long way round-as reception staff knew. We arrived very tired and confused after lugging our luggage a very long way round.

The location was within the Truli area so stepping out into the main attraction was .. right there. The property arranged for parking that was very close to the location. And the room itself (Small Trullo) while small was enough for the two of us and well maintained.

Did not realize that I would step out to the main traffic area for tourists. So, once the organized tours start visiting the Trulli, the place can be crowded and noisy. Plus, remember the bathroom is right by the road so if you are a person that needs no noise when in the bathroom, you may want to start early.

A super experience to stay a night in one of these Trulli houses. So cool and very unique. Our room was excellent, and we have a lovely time. We were on the quiet side of the main square which was great. I recommend staying overnight as the tour group were gone by 16:00 and the town was really nice and quiet until 09:30 the next morning when the tour groups returned.

Our house only had a small kettle, and no cooking facilities, but it was ok because there are many restaurants to choose from in the main square area.

Generally nice to be staying in a Trullo style building in this unique town. Breakfast was well received in a nearby cafe.

Despite being assured we would be in the Trulli area, we were actually just outside next to a bar in a regular street, not at all what we were expecting, unfortunately they were fully booked so couldn't be moved. We then had a problem with the electric kettle lid which fell apart. We reported it & asked for a replacement, which proved impossible! We were left an aluminium tea pot to use on the stove, except there was no gas! Back to office, "of course the gas is working" we were informed, rather bruskly. Please come show me I suggested, it didn't as I already knew, the rep, rather rudely just walked off & shouted back to me "I'll call someone", no apology or anything. It was on later when we returned, but only for me to find that the handle of an aluminium teapot is not insulated & of course there was no oven globe or the like! Very poor customer service & attitude by one particular member of the reception team.
