It's a 5 star hotel and I believe its a great value for money. Food is good as well. I was particularly pleased with the profesionalism of their manager Gulzar who was incredibly helpful and made every effort to address my needs when i was extending my stay and I was uncertain around the duration and logistics. His communication was very clear and to the point which is a delight to experiance in India.
The polution in delhi and hotel policiy to not allow guests in rooms is dated.

Very ordinary buffet arrangements. Staff was doing their best but overall lack of training or professionalism to deal with busy time,
Please consider the comment mentioned above. So ordinary that I couldn’t find a table, plates. I made myself to sit in the uncleared table with decorative stuff.
