The location was great, within walking, or a couple of tram stops distance, of most landmarks in Istanbul.
The property and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with booking a hamam and an airport transfer.

Very close to everything. The staff was wonderful and very helpful
The room was ample but outdated. Room was comfortable and being in the middle of Galata the place was very convenient. The breakfast was good

Location was great. Everything around within walking distance.
The staff were very responsive and helpful.
There was coffee and tea almost all time.
We even asked for early breakfast since we were travelling and they arranged it.
The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and comfortable.
