Amazing stay from start to finish. Jannie went above and beyond — she helped me rebook my flights and was endlessly patient even though I kept her on the phone for ages! Honestly, the whole team was friendly and helpful the entire time. Little touches made a big difference too: hot coffee, tea and even drinkable yogurt available all night, plus cold water from the fridge whenever you wanted it. Great location as well — loads of restaurants and convenience shops within five minutes, including a fantastic dumpling place with an English menu. 11/10 for customer service. Would absolutely stay again!

It is not 4 seasons, but it is reasonable :-) breakfast can be improved though… but really, amazing staff made up for everything!

I loved the two ladies working the front desk. They spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. They assisted with my luggage and looked after me for breakfast. The property has a hostel vibe to it.

What a wonderful hotel! It feels like a family-run hotel, managed by a group of young women. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it offers excellent value for money. But the service is what really makes this place special. Before our arrival, we received lots of useful information about travelling in China, which was incredibly helpful. We had some problems booking excursions, but the staff at reception were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help us arrange our trips. When we left, they even gave us some food and drinks to take with us for the journey. A truly lovely hotel with fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Super nice staff backed by a great vibe and location. Bicycles storage also appreciated
