Mai Charming Hotel and Spa

The location is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere, including Train Street and the night market. The building is old, and the showerhead was broken—but this is the Old Quarter, so an old building is to be expected; you just need to understand that when booking. However, the hot water works well, and the room is kept clean—which is fantastic! Best of all is the excellent service from the staff, especially Mai. She greeted us with a smile and provided wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much!

Attentive staff and great location. Luca was amazing! So kind and welcoming, had great local recommendations

It would be nice to have a window in the room but it was no bother!

It is located near all the main attractions and there is a variety of cheap street food within a ten minute walking radius.

The A/C worked but sometimes it would leak randomly.

Great location, clean rooms

Reception was messy and not inviting
