We recommend this place, the room was perfect in my taste and the beds were comfortable. The check-in and check-out were smooth and organized. The location may not be the closest to the center but there are multiple public transportation options so it wasn’t a problem for us.
The room was clean except there was a strand of hair from the old guests in the shower drains, it was probably unseen since it was a dark color.

Nice clean apartment, very quiet. Clear instructions.

The property is perfectly located, practically in the center of Vienna. Very well-equipped. Comfortable. I recommend it.

laundry, the apartment is quite nice
residents of this building have animosity towards guests. i didn’t feel unsafe but i did feel unwelcome.
it was also very difficult to find and that was not communicated. there are two 120 erdgastrasse addresses. i wasted a lot of time sorting it out. i can tell why residents of both buildings do not like visitors fumbling around.
