Quest Singleton

Clean, good location

Very clean, huge apartments. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I like the location and how nice the staff was when l entered the property

I liked everything

the location was very good as we were near the Singleton Art Show. The room was quite good with a nice balcony view. The bed was comfortable

There was no hot water. We then tried to ring to reception and the phone did not work. We were given the option to have a shower at the Gym nearby which I took up. No one told us about the hot water although the reception did tell us a note was supposed to be in the room when we arrived - but there wasn't. It was a shame. Also we would have liked another blanket but there were no extra blankets. We understand that these things happen... but still would have appreciated some compensation as it was freezing and not ideal circumstances. Also the door closer in our room (303) did not work and when it shut it banged shut. You might want to get it adjusted.
