Location and host
I happened to pick the smallest room and the only one that does not have air conditioning. I am certain I would have loved staying in any other room. Also there are a lot of stairs and no elevator. Host alerts you to this. So it was not unexpected

The breakfast was simple and ample, cafe bar was delightful.

That it was situated in the old part of the city but very near the main city centre

Location. Clean. When present, the receptionists were lovely.
Receptionist not present at all times. No lift and you have to go to the second floor where the hotel is found. Very small room. Small shower cubicle with no water pressure. As indicated, I asked for breakfast at a nearby cafeteria, which is found at the main square and which included just a cappuccino and croissant. Usually it costs less from other cafeterias.
