Southern Sun Pretoria

Location was just near to where I was having my meetings

They told me they will bring the babys crib they didn't

During my stay the buffet breakfast was impressive, as there was variety of options and dishes to choose from. The surprise birthday cake for my daughter was a cherry on top .

Room service We ordered dinner from the restaurant. The service was poor. Our order was not delivered on time as we waited for almost one and half hour to receive our dinner. The service was bad as certain items on the menu were missing . The waitress was vey confused a d mixed up room numbers . The kitchen managers / chefs are required to improve on the food . It is not tasty or delicious at all . The presentation of food at the dinner food stations left a lot to be desired . Room service became an option because the buffet food was not appetizing . I subsequently attended the strategic planning session at conference centre on 22 September 2026. We had a buffet lunch and we were not impressed with the buffet lunch . The group comprised of about 160 members and the restaurant was overwhelmed . I was disappointed by the point planning regarding that conference . I love Southern Sun hotels however they need to maintain the high standards we fell in love with in the past .
