Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had everything we needed (except bikes but we knew that going in). A great location - could walk to SHARC, and came with passes that also got us in to the pickleball courts!! The house was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, which was awesome. The owner was super responsive when we had a question (before and during stay) and the deck was a perfect spot for outdoor living. The kitchen is pretty small, but again that worked for us as we didn’t plan to cook huge meals when we were there. We would stay there again.

Overall great stay, only issue would be tub needs updating. Sinks some. Otherwise great location.

This is a cute little house, it was clean, but needs to be updated. The hot water heater needs to be replaced.
