The Esplanade Motel

A very convenient, clean place to stay. All the things we appreciate were available - tea making, aircon, tv, comfortable bed and bathroom. Easy chairs and dining area.

Everything was fine.

This is the 5th place I’ve now stayed at in the Newcastle/Hunter region and the pick of them so far. The location is perfect across the road from Lake Macquarie and the Lake Walking Track a short walk to Warners Bay Town Centre. Right from when I arrived the Manager Sonny made me feel so welcome and right at home. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, I was able to connect my Chrome device into the TV and the hot water in the shower was too good. The facility has a Japanese Restaurant, Coffee Van, Pool and Laundry. At night I found the place very quiet, no road noise and had a good sleep. I recommend this place to anyone who reads it.

The second stay at the motel based on previous experience. Nicely refurbished room and facilities. Comfortable beds . Nice location with easy access to a wide range of services. Friendly staff. Coffee cart on site a welcome extra.

Location is set back from main road and is quiet but can make it difficult to access foreshore walk when traffic is heavy

Excellent little hotel room right on the bay, comfortable beds, great service and coffee van right there.

The water spilled out onto the floor from the shower and needed a lot of towels to mop up
