The female owner was very accommodating as we arrived, checked our service preferences - when we wanted linen changed and towels delivered etc
Our bathroom door lock kept locking us in, there’s a sign on the communal laundry door that aggressively states you have one 5 hour window per week to use it - which is strictly adhered to when you ask 🤦♀️
The location is close to Northlands, but getting across the traffic can be a nightmare

I would definitely be back on this hotel in the future. Staff were so helpful and kind.
Clean and tidy. They clean my room everyday.

The family unit was perfect for myself and my kids. It had everything we needed, was a handy 5min walk from Northlands mall and only a 5-10min drive to the CBD. The family who own it are lovely and accommodating. Couldn't fault it and would love to stay again next time I'm in Christhchurch.
Nothing really! Would've been good to have a can opener in the cutlery drawer.
