Bristol Panama, a Registry Collection Hotel

+ The room is good + The location is convenient + breakfast is great, especially those sausages + staff is nice

- the pool is rather symbolic - could be cheaper (TBH I'd recommend the Old City if you're travelling for fun)

Absolutely beautiful hotel in Panama City! It’s definitely a splurge, but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, with a huge open bathroom that was such a fun feature. You could actually relax in the bathroom and watch TV at the same time! The hotel restaurant was one of the highlights. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and every meal was excellent and the drinks were great too. We ordered room service and it was fantastic as well. The breakfast buffet was outstanding! And the dessert that looks like a banana is my most favorite! I also treated myself to a massage, and wow—the view was incredible! The spa facilities were great and made for a very relaxing experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It’s pricey, but if you’re looking to splurge while visiting Panama City, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The only issues we had with our room were the pillows and the bathtub stopper. The pillows were surprisingly flat, so we had to request three additional pillows to make the bed more comfortable. The bathtub stopper also wasn’t working properly. Since we prefer not to have people come into our room during our stay, we simply used a rag to plug it and made do. I did let the front desk know about the non-functioning stopper and also suggested investing in better pillows. These were minor issues overall, and we still had a great stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and walkable location. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Our second time staying there.

The attention given to my family while they waited for their two rooms to be ready was … disappointing.
