I like that it is away from the center of it all...yet just a bridge crossing to get to it. The view of the Old Town from our apartment was amazing, enjoyed it while having breakfast. Bus stop across the street.
I reserved a room for two with a bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed I cannot open on my own so I have to request for the crew to open it up so I can use it. Make sure you request it ahead of time if you want to use the sofa bed.

The property was great. We had a two bedroom apartment. One king room and two twins in the other. Very spacious kitchen/living room area. Bonus was a lower level that had a common area and a room with a washer and dryer for guests to make use of.
The property is across the street from the river and a short walk to Piazze Michaelangelo and The Rose Garden.

The location and the fact that the room had 2 bathrooms, 1 for each room
Upon arrival we found that there was no hot water. We contacted the person in charge by message, but he never answered us! I must say of course that the next day the problem was fixed, but it is not possible that there is no communication with the customer who has a problem.
The heating is not working between 8.00 and 15.00 o'clock! This was not described anywhere.
