Location and space

No proper ventilation or cooling in bedrooms

Had a wonderful stay here in several rooms with a large sporting team. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly before and after our stay, accomodating our needs. Rooms were SO spacious and had everything we needed, functional kitchens, washing machines and practical bathrooms. Beds very comfortable and verandas a big plus. Handy position for us and easy walk to big shopping centre with everything you could need.

Overall the accommodation was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

While the accommodation was generally comfortable, there were a few significant maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted the stay: ​The Mattress: The mattress is heavily worn and definitely needs to be replaced. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Deep cleaning was lacking. There were huge cobwebs in the corners by the window pelmets, and a dead cockroach in the bathroom that was never picked up during our stay. ​I expected a higher standard of daily service for the price of the accommodation. The daily service was minimal (not mentioned in the welcome letter) —only the bed was made, towels were replaced, and while the dishes were washed, they were left out and never put away. I expected a more thorough cleaning service for the length of our stay.
