Great location, next to the zoo! Not too far from the shops.and restaurants. Room had sufficient space for luggage and extras. Good shower and bathroom. Great to park right outside your room. Toiletries supplied was great, none of those little tubes! Clean and comfortable room ☺️. Thank you Ann 💐!
Pity the hotel restaurant is closed in the weekends. And the fridge didn't have a freezer section. Needed a mat at the door, it was running and we were stepping onto tiles with our wet shoes.

The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean, the shower was hot and good water pressure and they offered good brand tea bags. Good location for Dubbo Zoo. Not too far from the main part of town - easy drive.
The hotel room was located at the front of the property on a busy road where trucks drive along all night. Unbelievably noisy!! The pool was not clean, there was no filter on that we could tell and twice we had to remove leaf and bug debris ourselves before our daughter could swim.
