Breakfast was quite a challenge for me (European) but some of the products were tasty. There were many spiders trying to enter the room, so it would be great if the cobwebs were removed from the windows before every check-in. There is a nice cafe that accepts cash only. I will definitely come back to this hotel one day! :)

The hotel and the rooms are all about the view, the room was sizeable and functional. Nice big windows to enjoy the beautiful view over the lake. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was fine.

The lobby decor is very dated but is functional. Happy to sleep Japanese style on the floor but the mattresses were too thin.

It was a reasonably priced option with a nice restaurant next-door so we didn’t have to drive far.

It was a bit too far from the lake, so the view is not quite as spectacular as we had hoped.

The location on the side of the lake and the view of Mount Fuji were the main attractions of this hotel but, unfortunately, their enjoyment was very much dependent on the weather! The staff were very friendly.

A very traditional and basic hotel looking a little ‘tired’. Whilst its location is an attraction, its isolation can be a problem. Arriving at 6.45pm to be told the hotel restaurant had closed and the nearest restaurant was 40 minute drive away was not a good start to our stay! Breakfast was bookable at an extra cost with a choice of Japanese or American which was a little limited with no alternative or additional choices to make it a satisfying experience!
