All the friendly people at reception. Our Host, Jackie, was excellent
On the website it stipulates that there are electrical warm blankets on the beds....NO ELECTRICAL WARM BLANKETS

The staff was so efficient and effective in handle some challenges we encountered.
We had some challenges with the electricity at our self catering unit, but the staff was on it immediately and even gave me a gas plate to prepare my meal.
The WiFi was a huge challenges. It was attended to but within an hour we encountered the more challenges. We did not report again cause we just continued using our own data. But I'm not complaining cause the staff is the best and the place is such a gem.

Close to town but not in town. Feels like a residential estate.
Seems like an odd mix of people. Too much use of cold white lighting.
