Location was amazing. Ideal as moved 10mins up the road today (30th September 2026). Spotlessly clean 👌 breakfast hamper was amazing 😋
Didn't like that the staff wasn't very aware and s seemed very slow. Had 3 different staff serve us and that a 10% sever discrepancy was added to our bill after we already had 10% took of our bill in the first place

Property is a lovely old building, with it's quirks. Unfortunately there wasn't the availability to have a bacon roll or sausage roll for breakfast only a breakfast hamper which is fine if you enjoy that sort of thing.
Wasn't a huge issue but our room didn't get made up so all the breakfast 'hamper' items were left in our room, bit disappointed considering the cost.

It was in a beautiful location. Very clean, staff friendly and food was excellent.
Nothing.

The room was comfortable and clean.
Being charged extra for a hot breakfast option.
We vape and although the garden was extensive we were limited to a tiny corner with no seating not acceptable when paying a decent price.
