All great.. Parking a bit full at night.. Shower best after long day outside.. got water filter outside, easy to fill our bottle.. the room service come early in the morning.. after come back from our breakfast, the room already clean and tidy. and she give us extra pillow.. 🤗
Looks like an old hotel.. some scratches on the door.. can upgrade it to look more modern style.. and fridge in our room 2318 is not working.. but we dont use it cos we can get cold water from the water filter..

Room was perfect, 1 x King size bed and 2 x single beds. Great for a family.
Though same menu. Breakfast was great and well prepared. We enjoyed.
Kids enjoyed the pool for two days during our visit.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just walking distance to Melaka Raya.
And car parking is very much handy.
I can't think anything like that for the room. We enjoyed our stay at room and location of the hotel and no complains.
Pool could have been litter bigger and Melaka was so hot and could have been covered under some some shade.

Basically, the price is reasonable, and overall, it is okay. However, I feel that there are other hotels within the same price range that offer better facilities and a higher standard of cleanliness. Therefore, there is still room for improvement, particularly in terms of cleanliness, room maintenance, and overall facilities.
The room was not well maintained in terms of overall tidiness and cleanliness. The carpet had a noticeable unpleasant smell, and the toilet was also not sufficiently clean, with some urine stains found on the toilet seat. These areas need to be improved, particularly in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall room maintenance.
