We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and nicely arranged, and the staff were always pleasant to deal with. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around Kathmandu much easier. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Central to everything. The room was exactly as the photo. The staff were kind and understanding. The whole environment is comfortable.

The staff was polite and very nice- the hotel is at the prime location, and still it is quiet.the room is quite big and has strong AC, yet somehow it doesn’t affect the sitting room temperature much. Very good hot shower.
The photos don’t match the room- there is no microwave, and the breakfast is barely there. The rooms had cockroaches and the water stopped in bathroom faucet on the last day and it was spraying dirt. The WiFi only works in the sitting area and is too slow inside.
