The team staff here. It goes a long ways when you are greeted by security and remember you by name. I can just about name the whole staff here but one thing I want to point out is a great thank you to Lucho and Albert for escorting me to Tondo to make sure I was safe on their day off. My respect to them.sir Rhon, Ralph, Armen, Jericho, and many more, thank you all. You guys are the reason I come back to this spot.
Nothing.

Location is great. Amenities were amazing!
Supposedly a non smoking hotel since we are with a child but the hallway of where we stayed smells like cigar. Reported to them and the solution was spray air freshener. Reported the same problem, duty manager said they checked already. They offered us a late check out but the housekeeping opened the door after two knocks for “room check”.
