The greenery, the peace.
The intercom gave me terrible trouble. It wasn't easy to call anyone.Then, the service ( mostly related to in room dining)used to take a long, long time. Carts were not available to move in the resort. There were so many steps everywhere. The reception was at a high level, meaning, one had to take a high step to enter the reception area. There are many more things to complain about but I lack the energy to write now.

It is such a beautiful property. Just sit and here so many bird sounds from all corners. A walk around the property feels like walking in a forest. So green and so well maintained villas. Has activities for all age groups. Inspite of all these things, the highlight remains to be the staff at the hotel. So generous, gracious, warm and helpful. Special shout out to Ranjana in F&B team at the Red Bricks restaurant who went out of the way to make our stay 10 times more special!
Everything was superb. Maybe it would help to have more lights in the night, it got quite dark to roam around.
