Hotel Monumento

Accoglienza ottima e colazione molto buona e abbondante

L'hôtel Monumento est un hôtel qui a de la bouteille. Ce n'est pas un 4*, mais cela est compensé par : - Ils parlent le français - Un accueil professionnel et très sympathique - La mise à disposition de la chambre à 12 h 41 - Une bonne literie - Un excellent diner - Un superbe petit déjeuner - Un parking gratuit et fermé par un portail électrique - 300 m de marche jusqu'à la Chartreuse de Pavie Arriver à l'hôtel est très simple : Au feu central de Certosa di Pavia, tournez à droite. Vous prenez la 1ère route à gauche vers Villanova de Beretti. L'hôtel est du côté gauche, 100 mètres après le grand parking, juste avant le panneau "Villanova" Deux photos de la Chartreuse de Pavie depuis la chambre de l'hôtel Monumento

The staff was wonderful and the property is just as advertised. Rooms were clean and air conditioning functioning. Special callout to Veronica for being an amazing host.

Rooms could have been better, the property feels a bit old and dated

The place is large, the lady owner was very nice but the employee was less than helpful to a couple with disabilities like us🥲 Overcharged for the paucity of service

The employee showed no respect for an elderly couple tired after a long journey & forced us to change tables for bkfast , because that table apparently was not set up wno for bkfst, although it looked it to us She offered no help in our moving tables & was very disagreeable, not tge start of a gt holiday Also the hotel we chose originally had no wifi( which we requested & were promised by Booking. com. & the price had gone up by 20€!! Not acceptable. Sorry
