Zawsze uśmiechnięta, przemiła i pomocna.

Beautiful very well decorated and comfortable

It was noisy - when guests arrived home you could hear everything

Lovely quiet location, beautiful views across countryside, nice pool, comfortable beds and beautiful bedding, towels and bathroom extras.

Was ready for us quite late on this occasion. Air-con in bedroom was not very efficient.

It was close to our friend’s house.

This place is not like a typical hotel with an on-site staff. There is actually quite a lot of logistical guidance that should have been included in their Booking.com entry. But the information given on Booking.com was inadequate. We showed up outside locked gates with no instructions on what to do. And when we called the hotel phone number, the staff didn’t even know about our reservation or arrival location. The staff are all located at the sister hotel elsewhere. They just said they will be right there. And after waiting for almost half an hour, we called again and had to repeat the entire conversation. When the staff showed up finally, they acted like nothing was amiss and was surprised we didn’t know what to do. When we pointed out the lack of information in Booking.com, they just shrugged. The service at this place needs to improve for sure.
